SiSTEM’s proven history of increasing academic growth in underserved populations is well-documented and grounded in a practice that promotes equity. Additionally, we have secured contracts worth over $1,000,000 since 2019.  The case studies that follow demonstrate SiSTEM’s ability to simultaneously execute multiple contracts for diverse student populations and school types.

Let's dive into one of our recent partnerships, where SiSTEM worked with supporting Pro-Vision Academy:

Serving 400 students in grades 3-12, Pro-Vision Academy, a charter school in Houston, TX, contacted SiSTEM for our Campus Immersion Services, our turnkey solution, for their growing tutoring needs. 92% of Pro-Vision’s student body is African American, 93% are Economically Disadvantaged.  In January 2023, SiSTEM began a two-year contract with Pro-Vision to deliver an end-to-end tutoring solution, including ongoing tutor recruitment and training as well as providing curriculum and materials that align to both state standards and the lessons taught in class each day.  Such an approach requires weekly meetings between tutors and teachers.  Four times per week, for 45 minutes per session, students in grades 3-12 receive tutoring in math and ELR.   Through focused collaboration with classroom teachers, SiSTEM is able to emphasize students’ growth and progress.  SiSTEM’s heart for mentorship and fostering academic independence have proven invaluable for Pro-Vision.
